Refund policy

We do not offer returns and refunds for our herbal tea products and tea accessories, such as but not limited to loose leaf teas, pyramid sachets, clap infuser and measuring spoon. The policy of not accepting returns for these items is primarily related to health, safety, and hygiene considerations.

Custom products, such as special orders, or personalized items, are nonrefundable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
